Leaves of...
You don't have to love Whitman to love the smell of grassy knolls or fresh green paths-- which is exactly what this fragrance is meant to call to mind. It's grass with its blades pricked up with the slightest verbenic notes, and it is lovely. If schedule, season or allergies prevent you from getting your mighty yawp on outside, you can at least approximate that joy with this little bottle.

Sandalwood
I love sandalwood. I grew up with Bee & Flower sandalwood soap (drying out skins all over the world!-- it's available in every Asian grocery ANYwhere, it seems. Everywhere I ever lived growing up, I'd stuff it in my pillowcase and sniff it all night instead of bathing with it), and with carved sandalwood elephants and buddhas on my shelves and dressers. I even have a few ounces of sandalwood essential oil squirreled away for my own quiet inhalation, which I bought before I realized how rare the oil is becoming. It is so rare, now, because the trees have not been responsibly harvested over the generations, especially considering their slow rate of maturity. I don't believe it is ethical to harvest sandalwood for its perfume, anymore, so I don't offer a natural version. I do, however, offer this beautifully rendered synthetic that any sandalwood lover can enjoy with a clear conscience. Smoky, woody unisex fragrance that is pleasantly long-lived. Enjoy!
